Treat yourself to a break in our small but lovely wellness area. You can unwind after an active day in the Finnish sauna or the soothing steam bath. If you fancy it, try the Kneipp pool to get your circulation going – you’ll feel like new. Our wellness area is available by reservation – relaxed and without crowds.

The prices quoted are per person and night. The local tax, € 2.10 per night for guests aged 14 and older, is not included and will be collected on-site.
Discount for children or one additional adult
(in a room with two full-paying adults):
- 0-2.99 years : free of charge
- 3-8.99 years : -70%
- 9-13.99 years : -50%
- from 14 years : -30%
In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full price for the booked period will be charged.
Final cleaning is included in the price. An additional cleaning during your stay is available on request – € 5 for rooms, € 10 for apartments.
Breakfast can be booked flexibly on-site or in advance
Dinner can be added on-site on four evenings per week
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions:
- Plans can always change, and sometimes a holiday needs to be cancelled. Please note that cancellations are only valid in written form.
- Up to 3 months before arrival, cancellations are free of charge.
- Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 3 nights.
- From 1 month before your holiday, in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 90% of the booked amount.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance just in case.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00. An earlier check-in is possible on request and subject to availability, free of charge. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment or room by 10:00. Late check-out is also possible on request.
Pets
Dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement), but they must be house-trained and well-behaved. We charge € 10.00 per day (food not included). Please bring your own dog bed. Beds and sofas are off-limits for your four-legged friend. Out of respect for other guests, dogs should not be left alone in the room or apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or in the garden.
