The ski slope runs directly past the house, hiking trails begin at the doorstep – youâre fully immersed in a mountain holiday, just as it should be.
Despite the tranquil setting, the Hofer is easy to reach: the road is well maintained all year round, and public transport connections are also stress-free.

From the Brennero motorway (A22), take the Bressanone/Val Pusteria exit. Then follow the Val Pusteria state road (SS49) towards Brunico until you reach Rio di Pusteria. In the village centre, turn left and follow the signs for Valles.
After about 15 minutes, youâll reach the head of the valley – turn left again at the Restaurant MĂŒhle onto the JochtalstraĂe. Just a few more bends ⊠and youâre here!
If arriving by train, take it to the Rio di Pusteria station. The bus stop is right next to the railway station – from there, take the local bus towards Valles.
